By accessing or using ArfahTool (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors and users of the Site.

ArfahTool provides free, browser-based name tools including a stylish name/text generator and a random name generator. All tools run entirely in your browser or via lightweight server requests, and require no account or registration to use.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool or feature at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, or commercial purposes in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

Prohibited activities

Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure; use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Site at a volume that causes excessive load; reproduce, distribute, or resell the Site's content or tools without our express written permission; or use the Site to transmit harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content.

All content on the Site — including text, code, graphics, logos, tool designs, and page layouts — is the property of ArfahTool or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Site or its content, nor may you reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any tool, unless permitted by applicable law.

No warranties

The Site and all tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Tool accuracy

While we strive to ensure our tools are accurate and reliable, generated names and results are provided for informational, creative, and testing purposes and should not be relied upon for critical or legal decisions.

Randomness

The Random Name Generator selects entries from a name database using standard pseudo-random selection. Results are statistically unbiased but are not cryptographically secure and should not be used for applications requiring certified randomness.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArfahTool and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, given our tools are free, will in most cases be zero).

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content or practices of third-party sites and accept no responsibility for them. Accessing any third-party link is at your own risk.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your region.
